Before two years or so, my brother and sister encouraged me to start a blog where I can share my thoughts of nutrition issues. Also, they know the love I owe for cooking and baking. But, I thought maybe it’s not enough to share my opinions here and there for nutrition articles, and publish my recipes in cooking forums. It seemed that to have a blog is not me at all!

Why I’m eager to write? What pushes me to write? What are my motivations? Why do I blog? Friends asking me, why do you waste your time?
I know I keep asking questions in every post and even in this post! But I believe it’s the first step for everything you do as philosophers said.
My dad is a writer , he got paychecks for his words , so writing was for my family the way for living . I always respect writers, considered them as special people just like my dad.
Dreaming for a better world, making changes in this big world, and adding values I believe in, encouraged me to start my own blog. And to be honest I feel satisfied when I speak my mind and a joy when I share my thoughts. Also, being active on twitter, a follower to many known-dietitians, and many bloggers (I have to give credit for “Dania Ismail” a Saudi blogger because she is the first one that inspired me) ,and reading hundreds of posts encouraged me to have my own blog.
A year has passed, I can’t believe I did it. I thought I will write a post or two, then I will leave it forever. Glad that I did not!
I know I don’t post regularly, but I promise you my readers to post more often, and thank you for your support!
