Last Ramadan, I made meal plans like this one, and I’ve posted couples of hundreds of recipes. Readers like you you, loved the meal plan! I’m making it easier with a quick guide, and have this Gluten Free Meal Plan 1 .
You can follow it religiously, or just check it for inspirations for dinner lunch or breakfast meals! I choose simply meals all are gluten free, mostly naturally. However, remember that food items like oatmeal should be certified gluten free to avoid cross contamination.
I added some dishes of my culture, (middle eastern not all of them gluten free) because we have loads of healthy meal that are naturally gluten free, so I didn’t need to make swabs and substitutions, and they are very heathy, and highly recommended.

Monday:
Breakfast: Peach Oatmeal Bars with Lavender
Lunch: Fennel Soup
Dinner: Roasted potato stuffed with meat

Thursday:
Breakfast: Paleo Banana Bread
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad with Cilantro Pesto
Dinner: Moussaka eggplant casserole with tomato sauce
Friday:
Breakfast: Healthy breakfast potato hash with egg
Lunch: Plum & quinoa Spinach salad
Dinner :Brown rice with sautéed mushrooms and kale
Saturday:
Breakfast: Pumpkin Biscotti with Pecans {Gluten Free}
Lunch: Fresh watercress apple salad
Dinner: Okra stew with lamb meat (Bamya bel lahmeh)
Sunday:
Breakfast: Tahini & Chocolate baked oatmeal
Lunch: Quinoa peach salad with mint pesto
Dinner : Stuffed White Zucchini in Yogurt Sauce (Kousa bel laban)
