I start reading food blogs back in 2011. I knew about blogging, but in the old form, with the boring interface. I thought it was for sharing opinions only, no images, no cool stuff, no food in there! But I was mistaken! Blogs look so good these days. Great designs, with so many topics, and healthy fancy recipes to share.
So I want to share with you nutrition blogs I love, and read all the time. They are definitely worth reading, and following, and its time to share their awesome blogs .
(Quick note: They all helped me, when I reached them seeking for advice)
Let’s start:
The Spicy RD Blog By Ea
What I love about Ea her stories, and great scrumptious recipes with handy ingredients most of the time. But she just make it looks like a restaurant dish, most of them are on my to do list. Also on the personal level, she helped me when I felt lost, and was really patient with me, and gave me many resources to look at. And she do the same for all who seek help! And also for those who are looking for nutrition advice. Finally, she is specialized in gluten free cooking and baking.
Chow and Chatter By Rebecca
Is one of the most “down to earth” people and Rds as well, I met online. She is an expert in social media, she offered tons of tips, illustrated with videos. She has great personal touch in everything she do. She has an app for recipes, and radio too. which I find it really unique and distinguish her from many bloggers in the blogsphere. Also, she loves to help people without any hesitate.
The Lean Green Bean By Lindsay
Here a little dirty secret: I wasn’t a fan in the begging when i discover her blog, thought it was too crowded. But after I followed her for a while, I was really amazed by her devotion for her blog and her freelance work. Above all that, she was there, when I asked her for help about blogging. And I love the links she shares in her weekly bean bytes, she choose them carefully and cover many areas I’m interested in (Of course mostly nutrition and recipes, fitness).
Love and zest By Kristina
I just love her blog, her blogging style. She has a great personality touch in almost every blog post. Also, she has a great collection of delicious simple healthy recipes. She is specialized in sports nutrition.
Healthfully Ever After By Carlene
What always let me back to this blogs, was here minimal style in the website and in the recipes she creates.I love it so much and it made me feel happy, also she has different way of delivering her message, her blog kind of different, full of healthy recipes suits for everyone needs. and she is specialized in wedding wellness.
