Depression is a real disease, not just an emotional disorder. I’ve been there before for short period while I was pregnant. Thank god my family helped me a lot. But for some, people its not easy to get out of it. Here are some of my favorite honest thoughts from talented bloggers.

It hits the mothers after delivering the baby, and can last very long if it didn’t treated well. She mentioned how a depressed mother, can go far with harmful thoughts of not being able to live, because everything becomes meaningless.
