Today’s post is the last one of Saturday’s links.
While I love creating them, it’s taking a big chunk of my time sorting articles and recipes, and most importantly this is not what most of YOU my readers want from this blog.
I’m sad to let it go, I learnt a lot from reading, sorting, and organizing good reads, but I want to focus on what YOU want, healthy recipes and nutrition education posts. If you want to read more articles like I shared here, follow me on Twitter, and for lots of all kind of recipes, follow me on Pinterest .
Quote of the day
I totally believe in this quote, we have the choice to be happy, even when we feel the world conspires against us, we can still be happy. In my humble opinion, simply being miserable won’t help you, but makes you more depressed. Now that doesn’t mean we can’t share our feelings when we are sad, we should do that in order to feel happy again.
